The team of professional consultants at Autism in College has spent years working with current college students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) to develop a comprehensive and holistic program to support students as they move through their college careers.
This process has been both arduous and rewarding at the same time. We have developed program components that have proven to be ineffective and other program components that have been incredibly successful.This program has taken years to develop and we have learned a lot along the way. We can help you avoid the bumps and bruises as you develop your own signature program.
Through our development, we have researched, read about, and learned from people with ASD, which in our opinion, are the true experts. We can come to your campus to help faculty, staff, and students understand the true impact of ASD on a college student. In addition, we have learned a great deal about the employability and the importance of establishing a professional niche for individuals with ASD to become gainfully employed. People with ASD have tremendous strengths, skills and talents to offer and can be successful employees. In all we do, we celebrate neurodiversity and help others see the true strengths.
